John 11:45-57 (Guest Preacher Paul Abdallah)
After Jesus raises Lazarus from the dead, the response schismatic — belief, or unbelief. Yet deeply imbedded in this entire narrative is the sovereign hand of God working to bring about a real and permanent substitution for the sin of his people. The context of the Passover and the prophesy of the religious leaders gives us a glimpse of this eternal plan realized in Jesus Christ.
